Terms of Services

These Terms of Service ("TOS") are entered into between:

  • Linbox, a French company registered under SIREN 934 281 833, with its registered office at 41-43 Quai de Malakoff, 44000, Nantes (hereinafter "Linbox"), and

  • The Client, as identified through their registration on the Linbox website or in any agreement referencing these TOS (hereinafter the "Client").

Linbox and the Client may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

By registering for or using Linbox, you agree to these TOS.

1. Definitions

  • Linbox Services: Integrating LinkedIn messages directly into Gmail, offering automated syncing and related features.

  • Client Account: Account created by the Client on the Linbox website to access services.

  • Client Data: Data transferred or synchronized between LinkedIn and Gmail by the Client while using Linbox.

  • Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable person as defined by GDPR.

2. Purpose of the TOS

The TOS define the terms under which the Client can use Linbox's Services, which streamline LinkedIn-Gmail message management and other associated functionalities.

3. Use of the Services

3.1 Account Registration:
The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for an account and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.2 Permissions:
The Client grants Linbox permission to access their LinkedIn and Gmail accounts to provide the bi-directional message syncing service.

To provide the bi-directional message syncing service, Linbox requires the following Gmail permissions (scopes):

  • email

  • profile

  • insert.emails

  • gmail.labels

3.3 Data Usage:
Linbox stores and processes Client Data securely, encrypted at rest, using Google infrastructure in compliance with data protection regulations.

3.4 Technical Requirements:
Access to Linbox requires an internet connection and up-to-date browser. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure their systems meet these requirements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans:
Linbox offers a Freemium model with paid tiers for advanced features. Payments are due upon invoice issuance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.

4.2 Billing:
Clients are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on their chosen subscription plan.

4.3 Late Payments:
Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Data Privacy

Linbox is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. All data transferred or processed through Linbox is encrypted at rest and handled in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

6. Modification of Services

Linbox reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services with reasonable notice provided by email. Changes to the TOS will be communicated at least 30 days prior to implementation.

7. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to use Linbox's services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR. The Client must ensure they have the proper permissions to access third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail) through Linbox.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and technologies used in Linbox are the intellectual property of Linbox or its licensors. The Client agrees not to infringe on these rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Linbox provides its services "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Linbox is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services (LinkedIn, Gmail). The total liability for Linbox in connection with the services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client during the last 12 months.

10. Termination

The Client may terminate their account at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Linbox reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of the TOS.

11. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Nantes.
